Her Story
Shreta holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Education Administration. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Principal and is actively involved in the community as a board member of the Wake Robin Golf Club. A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta, Shreta enjoys playing golf and is passionate about mentoring youth golfers.
With over 20 years of experience in the education sector — spanning elementary through college and professional levels — Shreta has a remarkable ability to assess and support both students and professionals. Her leadership and nurturing instincts are widely recognized by her colleagues and community.
Recognizing the challenges many college graduates — particularly young women — face when transitioning from academia to the professional world, Shreta was inspired by her own daughter's questions about navigating this pivotal moment. That realization led her to establish Transitions D.M.V. in 2020, driven by the mission to empower these women with essential resources and support as they embark on their career journeys.
"My goal is to create a world where college-educated women confidently navigate their journey from academia to professional independence, fully empowered to achieve their career aspirations."
